1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Before Processing: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at info@murbanchocolate.com/+97122461336. A full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
After Processing: Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2. Order Cancellation by Murban Chocolate

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Payment is not received or verified within the specified time.
Unavailability of the ordered product(s).
Errors in pricing or product details.
Suspicious or fraudulent transactions.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

3. Refund for Canceled Orders

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 2-3 business days via the original payment method.
Bank transfer refunds may take 2-3 business days to reflect in the customer’s account.
